Cape Canola is South Africa's only cold pressed unrefined canola oil. It is made with 100% non-GMO canola seeds that are locally grown and harvested in the Western Cape.

Extra virgin canola oil is a highly stable oil with a high smoke point and a very long shelf life. It is packed with omegas 3, 6 and 9 and with vitamin E while being very low in saturated fats.

Cold pressed canola oil is dairy- and soy-free and has no artificial additives or preservatives. It is ultra-smooth and golden and has a distinctive buttery & nutty taste that makes it perfect for dressings, dips and sauces.

As a bonus, canola crops provide a nourishing food source for local bees!

Cold pressing is a traditional method that preserves the nutritional value and rich natural flavour of the oil. This process is done without the use of heat, chemicals and solvents.
